Multiple Recipients
Add every address you need in one place. Each recipient receives their own private copy.
01Compose beautifully formatted emails, attach your files, and deliver your information securely to multiple recipients.
Built for the important stuff
MailDrop keeps the power of a professional email tool and removes the parts that make sending feel like work.
Add every address you need in one place. Each recipient receives their own private copy.
01Attach photos, PDFs, and approved documents with clear limits and validation at every step.
02Pick from three professionally designed layouts that hold up in every major email client.
03A focused editor with just the essentials — no complicated inbox, no clutter, no noise.
04Messages are delivered through Resend from a fixed, server-controlled sender. The From address cannot be changed in the browser.
05No personal mailbox connection, no stored messages, and no shared recipient list.
06How it works
No setup maze. No account creation. Just a thoughtful composition flow that gets out of your way.
Paste one address or a whole list. MailDrop validates each one, removes duplicates, and keeps them private.
Add a clear subject, your message, and the files that matter. Choose a template that fits the tone.
See the real email before it leaves. Then submit it through a secure, bot-protected delivery flow.
Privacy is the product
Group email shouldn't expose your contacts. MailDrop uses individual delivery by default, with server-side validation, rate limits, and a daily recipient quota on every submission.
Every copy is sent individually. Nobody sees the rest of your recipient list.
MailDrop never asks for your personal email password or access to your mailbox.
Uploaded files stay in memory for the request only and are discarded after sending.
The From address is set on the server and cannot be changed by visitors in the browser.
